I joined CMC in 2006 having returned from an assignment in the Czech Republic working for DHL IT Services. Since joining CMC I've enjoyed a varied career; a parallel career of business management leading me to Deputy Managing Director of CMC Partnership Consultancy Ltd, alongside a management consultancy career. I've been very fortunate that consultancy assignments at CMC have given me the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, in different sectors across geographical areas: Wales, London, Southampton, Cheltenham and Monaco. I've carried out a variety of roles covering portfolio management, programme management, programme office management, business change and strategic business planning. I've sat on senior leadership teams for clients leading digital transformations, organisational change programmes, efficiency saving programmes and strategic transformations. My clients have included DVLA, CIFAS, Ofgem, SBM Offshore, Ordnance Survey, and most recently the Delivery Authority for the Houses of Parliament Restoration & Renewal Programme. My style of working allows me to enjoy collaborative working relationships that last: I still work with clients 15 years on. In my role as Deputy MD of CMC, alongside my fellow directors, we have recently transitioned CMC to an Employee Owned Trust (EOT). An exciting transition the whole company can be proud of; and we're set to thrive in our newly formed status. As well as being a line manager, account director and board member, I am also the board sponsor for our Wellbeing initiative; looking after everyone at CMC is paramount. I’m also an avid supporter of our own journey to become more agile as an organisation, I’m a firm believer this will add to our success and enable us to thrive as an EOT.
