Jeanette is passionate about transformation. From landscapes and glaciers to yoga mats, Jeanette's focus has been on being with and supporting positive transformation in the world.Jeanette began studying yoga at the age of seventeen. She became a dedicated practitioner of yoga in Santa Cruz, California, where she underwent a teacher’s training process beginning in 2004 and subsequently received her yoga certification in Warrior Yoga in 2006, studying under the instruction of founder instructor, Sensei Jeremy Corbell, and his top student, Sensei Kevin Snorf. In a commitment to her continued growth as a yoga instructor and practitioner, she underwent a 200-hour teacher training process through YogaWorks. In 2013, she graduated from the Sundara College of Yoga and received her 300-hour yoga certification, Kundalini Yoga, and Holistic Yoga Therapy. Her yoga exploration has included Hatha, Warrior, Ashtanga, Vini, Raja, Anusara, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Synergy, and Bikram yoga in various settings including - Northern and Southern California, Turkey, and Thailand. She has had the privilege of studying under and being influenced by several extraordinary instructors including Michael Fukumura, Reverend Tom Kelly, Jessica Seabern, Brian Dorfman, Leslie Kaminoff, Peri Ness-DeFay, Sensei Jeremy Corbell, and Sensei Kevin Snorf. In addition to guiding yoga classes, Jeanette has a global Health and Wellness business she works from her smart phone which has gifted her with the tools to lift up leaders and support transformation both on and off the mat! Outside of the yoga studio, Jeanette’s interests include dancing, decadent meals, running, backpacking, and sharing boundless laughter and joy with the world!
