Throughout my work experience I have always been customer facing, and I have the ability to quickly build up a rapport with people I meet within all walks of life and empathise in difficult situations. I managed the recruitment and client base of SME’s to large corporate businesses across the North East, when working for the NECC as an Account Manager. I have Business Development and Relationship Management experience ensuring excellent customer service at all time. I established and maintained relationships with businesses over the North East identifying work placement and employment opportunities, promoting Northumberland College. Working closely with Job centre Plus and other work program providers, ensuring that suitable candidates were flagged for vacancies. Working within the Business Crime Unit of the NCAC and engaging with businesses across the North East establishing the need for a Regional Business Crime Centre of Excellence.
