Leading a team of 30 employees (engineers, analysts and technicians), located in São Paulo-SP and Belo Horizonte-MG. Responsible for the Maintenance Service Planning department, area responsible for planning all maintenance fleet activities in Line Maintenance stations and Heavy Maintenance facilities. • Line Maintenance Planning - Short Term - area responsible for short term maintenance planning, to a fleet around 140 aircrafts, including a group that works 24h/7 days, with the responsibility of negotiating with Operations Control Center all the disruptions to get maintenance accomplished. • Long Term and Hangar Maintenance Planning - area responsible for long term maintenance planning, aircraft planning for redeliveries and maintenance program management and continuous improvement in terms of efficiency, quality and cost reduction. • AMOS Competence Center (ACC) – area responsible for the support and quality to AMOS System (Maintenance and Supply Chain Department). AMOS is the ERP used for all management related to maintenance process and materials management. This area is strong on process development applied on AMOS and database management.

Responsible for Maintenance Operational Efficiency, area in charge of three important processes under Maintenance Aerea (3000 employees):• Quality Control - responsible for the quality and risk management system of maintenance area, based on Safety Management System Values. Analyses, corrections and monitoring for the correct accomplishment of rules and best process performance. Follow up of Civil Aviation Authority Audits Process.• Reliability Engineering– area responsible for the management of the reliability program of aircrafts, systems and components, being responsible for the identification of improvements opportunities and coordination of improvement projects. Implemented the process of generating reliability KPI´s of Gol´s suppliers to apply the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Focal Point on Boeing Reliability Program (ISDP – In-Service Data Program) and READI (Reliability Exchange of Airline Data International) Group. • Continuous Improvement – Project office / Project team focused on continuous improvement in terms of efficiency, quality and cost reduction of maintenance area, and responsible for development, issuing and analyses of efficiency, quality and costs KPI´s of maintenance area.

Engineering Technician on Maintenance Provider Company (RBHA 145) and Executive Jet Operator (RBHA 135). Tasks and services accomplishment follow-up and control. Knowledge of maintenance routine, aircraft manual program, civil authority audits. Fleet: Raytheon and Beechcraft, Cessna, Bell, Eurocopter, Bombardier.

Experience on Executive Jet Operator Company (RBHA 135) aggregating knowledge in the areas of: Operations, Maintenance and Flight Safety. Including the participation on the Civil Aviation Department approval process, preparation of manuals and process development. Responsible for technical contacts with manufacturers and suppliers (Cessna / Eurocopter / Bell).
