I was responsible of business development in SW sales and services, focussing on IBM I2 Security and on data valorization, governance and data security. I grew our customer base significantly. I was also coordinating a team of data and security experts in servicing my customers around Necando Solutions and achieved a high level of customer satisfaction in all projects and on-going relationships with my accounts.

I was responsible for several key IBM partners in Quebec. I helped them develop new sales and programs with all pertinent activities including sales strategies, certifications and sales cadence.I helped my partners to have a great year in 2015 and had 32 % growth in my territory. Two of my partners developed key SaaS offerings in 2014 and 2015 and I was key to help them build a robust infrastructure to host these offerings and I was also key to leverage IBM marketing programs to allow a smoother transition. Both partners have made these SaaS offerings their primary offerings and are generating the majority of their yearly sales through them. One of my partners developed a major new IBM HW offering in 2013 and I lead them through IBM programs to make them successful and win an IBM Leadership Award. I coordinated the efforts of a new IBM partner since 2009 and allowed them to become a key regional partner with IBM with major wins of several million $Can through the years.

In this role, I was covering a range of business lines for one of our large accounts, Banque Nationale du Canada, including Risk Management, HR, Commercial Accounts and ATMs. My scope included making sure that my customers are satisfied with all their IBM activities as well as business development. I had sales and delivery accountability.I lead a major initiative in Risk Management allowing my customer to implement successfully a Basle II requirement with the purchase, deployment and operations of a sizeable infrastructure. I won a major contract allowing my customer to record, store and print cheque images. I helped my customer to modernize its 700 agent call center with an upgraded application image deployed successfully and according to our project schedule.
