Jean is a Physical Therapist in Vancouver British Columbia Canada. She holds an AN-IMS Level 1 Dry Needling Certification, Level 1 Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Certification and Mulligan Concept manual therapy techniques. Jean is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist ( CSCS) through the NSCA and a Registered Yoga Instructor. She is a National level Bikini Competitor and was a Provincial Record holder in Powerlifting. Through her years of training, she has become a strong advocate for the importance of injury prevention, and bridging the gap between rehab and training.She believes that Physical Therapy extends beyond rehabilitation; rather it is a lifelong pursuit of optimizing the body for the future.
