"If you're not learning, you're not living!"I am a Texas Real Estate Commission Licensed Instructor (Lic. #2969) who has been teaching in some respect since I was 18. I taught real estate investment math and finance while still in high school. It was part of a training course for real estate investors that my Dad wrote and taught with my mom. I also illustrated the text. I went on to earn a degree in graphic arts with concentrations in graphic design and copy writing. During my college years I taught pre-kindergarten and preschool as well as developing curriculum for the school. Once I entered the real estate industry full time, I found myself on a quest to learn everything I could. I was fortunate to encounter some of the finest instructors and trainers our industry has to offer and they inspired me to pursue continuing education, certifications and designations. Ultimately I became a licensed instructor teaching for Texas Association of REALTORS®, Texas Real Estate Commission, New Braunfels/Canyon Lake Association of REALTORS®, San Antonio Board of REALTORS®, State Continuing Education, various real estate brokerage firms as a trainer and curriculum developer and also facilitating the sought after Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program which I graduated from in 2005. My goal is to inspire other real estate professionals to grow through education by going above and beyond suffering through just enough CE hours to renew their license. I seek to touch the minds and hearts of my fellow agents by creating a learning environment that is dynamic, engaging, fun, cutting edge and inspires them to be better agents and better people.I am my own worst critic and always strive to improve my presentation skills, classroom presence and find new and fun ways to learn. I feel honored when a room of real estate agents and future agents give me feedback that they felt their time with me was time well spent.
