My responsibilities include:Analysis of communication needs including audience, content and delivery analysis at program and project levels.Composing, refinement, and distribution of desired message content.Coordination of project team work to include customer tracking, test and implementation planning, etc.Development of processes including moderate to complex process diagram creation.
