I am an experienced professional secretary/PA, equipped with a diverse range of secretarial, organisational and administrative skills acquired over a varied documented career in legal, trust and financial services spanning over thirty years. Career proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications and a personal proficiency in Apple Mac based applications. Working knowledge of a number of different database applications, predominantly 3e and Jobstream. I consider myself to be a proactive, self-disciplined individual, with an eye for detail, who is pretty handy at multi-tasking and thinking outside the box. I enjoy project work and am equally happy working alone or as part of a team. Currently working in a funds team with responsibility for five lawyers.
