The Consultancy Hub is a pool of high-end internal consultants that give advice to senior management on strategy development or execution. My primary focus as consultant is on strategy development and organisational development.

• Consultant for Zo Werken Wij – Helped develop a culture transformation programme for the COO organisation in close cooperation with McKinsey.• Associate in the External Reporting team – Assisted in composing and editing the Annual Report of 2015.• Management Consultant for CPMO (later Consultancy Hub) – Assessed the effectiveness of a MB committee and gave advice on how to improve this effectiveness and the success of the execution of the ABN AMRO strategy. • Strategy Consultant for SBPM (later Consultancy Hub) – Improved the customer satisfaction assessment process for the COO organisation.
