Property Manager for a single-user, 800,000 SF complex.

Served as the On-site manager of Class A office building in Washington, DC consisting of approximately 167,000SF. My duties were those of a traditional property manager, including overseeing property operations and financial reporting. Assisted the Senior Property Manager with all on-site operations of a 634,000SF Premier trophy property, located in Rosslyn, VA, for 3 years. Assisted in oversight of the redevelopment of a 387,187SF, Class A Building, located in the Mount Vernon Triangle District. Assisted in the turnover of a Class A building of 189,460SF on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Provided daily support to the Director of Property Management, Operations Manager, three Property Managers and Engineering staff of ten. Assisted in the management and operations of approximately twenty (20) commercial properties located in the Northern Virginia area.

Managed general bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable, payroll and all HOA general ledgers. Obtained proposals and managed contracts with various contractors which were contracted by the Homeowners Associations (HOA). Provided support to HOA Board of Directors as well as prepared their quarterly budget reviews and the annual proposed budget. Supervised all Maintenance staff. Assisted Realtor in all other operations.

Maintained all general ledgers, accounts receivable and accounts payables.Maintained the administrative office flow by tracking and maintaining files, managing correspondence and information and maintaining office inventory. Performed general office duties such as storing, retrieving, and integrating information.

Worked various temporary positions as a receptionist, administrative assistant, data entry assistant and performed other clerical functions. Included companies such as Siemens, American Express, Precision Wall Tech, Booze-Allen Hamilton. Answered the phones and maintained an accurate message log. Responded to general inquiries and referred them to the proper department.Formatted and maintained excel spreadsheets for various data projects. Other Administrative duties as assigned.
