I began as the director of a single case management program with two funding sources. Any Baby Can merged with Candlelighters which was added to my program oversight. I was reponsible for ensuring that we maintained the integrity of that program including its supporters. Two programs which cared for high risk pregnancies, one for adolescents and one for mothers with drug dependencies, low income and health risks were added. A fifth program was added which provided education for low income, homebound mothers of young children. I was responsible for staffing, reporting to funders, developing an organizational structure for five programs, budgeting, assisting in grant writing and senior team leadership at Any Baby Can.
