Jean is a graduate of Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA with a Master of Arts in Organizational Management. She worked for the largest consulting company in the world and led several projects that improved collaboration, communication and interaction among all levels in an organization. Her clients included BC Hydro, Tesoro and BP. Her project outcomes include transformation with engagement, as well as team and organizational performance moving to higher levels. For the last several years, she has applied her skills to the sustainability and human well-being field. She is a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor (CSBA) and has consulted with Fielding Graduate University, the Gila River Indian Community and the City of Scottsdale to improve sustainability strategy and practices. She coordinated a panel discussion titled "Climate Change, Social Justice, and Southwestern Native Communities: How tribes are learning to adapt" in conjunction with the Native Nations Climate Adaptation Program housed at the University of Arizona. The panelists were featured on Arizona Public Media's (Tucson PBS) TV program Metroweek. This program was one of the first to discuss the topic of climate change in the state of Arizona.She aligns diverse stakeholders to move forward with solutions that are more likely to succeed because she performs a thorough analysis of every client's unique culture.
