One Greener is a sustainability consulting group focused on environmental, ethical, and socially aware projects. We consult with a diverse group of people including teachers and entrepreneurs of micro businesses to better understand how sustainability practices would make their organizations and businesses more effective, especially in the areas of sourcing green products and formulating appropriate sustainability strategy.

Developed a transformation package based on the Kotter Change Model and continuous improvement methods for an upstream energy company. The end result allowed management to understand the reasons for creating a new culture and implementing the change. Guided the program and developed staff capability through the worker levels of the organization.Established the Communicatons function in the Information Technology department of a downstream energy company. Produced buy-in for new business processes at the CIO and Director levels. Designed the Intranet strategy, communication plan and communication charter. Created vehicle and audience analyses to determine which media would best relay key messages.Created four interventions that drove workforce performance through leadership alignment, personal intent, and organizational direction.

Developed a methodology that taught clients how to process their work effectively, plan projects, and create positive work behaviors. The methodology's goal had the outcome of adding five additional hours of productive time every work week for each individual using it.Facilitated process mapping sessions for a division of a large insurance company to determine the current state of those business processes that interfaced with the organization's customers.

Designed online help system that described work procedures for large-scale software application implementations for the Water Department at Salt River Project. These applications were used to track water services for the Phoenix Canal system.
