By re-thinking design and the policies that define the places we inhabit, we believe that it is possible to create a future in which everyone can live healthier and more abundant lives. Our projects range from crafting policy and modeling its potential impacts, improving sustainability and business performance, as well as designing more efficient and effective human habitats to enable greater energy independence and encourage healthier, more active living. We take both a systems and a design-thinking view of problems so that solutions, whether or not they are in the form of buildings, are not simply expensive band-aids patching over deeper, more complex and largely unresolved problems. -
