I am an IT professional with a background in Computer Science, developed through my studies at the University of New Brunswick. My career journey in the tech industry began in 2022 at JD Irving Ltd, where I started in a Systems Analyst role in IT Operations. In this position, I specialized in technologies such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and M365, honing my skills in complex problem-solving and technical support.Recently, I have stepped into a new challenge as a Team Lead in IT Tower Support Operations overseeing a small team. In this role, I am responsible for ensuring efficient and effective IT support across a large office environment.
