Digital technologies, management and innovation.Initially in the technical and network field, I have originated the IP networks development within the France Telecom Group. I was then a member of the founding team of Wanadoo as CTO and have been involved in (or even driving) the acquisition of several companies, among which Freeserve, to bring Wanadoo to the place of European leading ISP. I have direct experience in heavy management activities : restructuring, redundancy plan within Wanadoo Portals as President and CEO (500 employees). The strategy of the company was totally re-defined and implemented to come back to profitability in 1 year with innovative advertising solutions and massively multiplayers games. I developed specific expertise in driving the Wanadoo France business as CEO, with more than 5Million broadband access subscribers, and then in charge of Internet and mobile portals and services at Orange. My move to Capgemini added new dimensions to my skill set : IT, mobility, CRM, analytics and cloud. I also drove a restructuring of the Telecom and Media France division. Finally, as head of the Telecom and Media European Sector for Capgemini, I developped international know-how abour managing countries and offshore and launching innovative offers on the European market.I am now Chief Technical Officer at Docapost, the French leader in "paper to digital" transformation, in charge of development and IT. An exciting position in which I am pushing thrilling offers in fast growing domains such as security, ECM, Digital transformation, electronic identity and signature, electronic billing,...
