An Executive M.B.A graduate, I spent 20+ years shaping companies with innovation ambitions. Starting my carrier in Germany in 1998 as a consultant, I moved to Luxembourg in 2002 by joining Luxinnovation, the National Agency for Innovation and Research. Specialised in European Union Research policies. l set-up and deployed a wide range of services to help companies and research organisations to access EU grants. In 2015 I was appointed Director (Start-up and SME Performance 2015-2018 ; Business Development 2019-to date) and became member of the management board of Luxinnovation. My main responsibilities are Start-up acceleration programmes and services as well as international prospection activities to attract new ventures in Luxembourg. As side activities I delivered various classes at the University of Strasbourg and within ICN Business School on International Project Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
