Created, designed and managed floral arrangements for a high-paced, beloved flower shop routinely voted “Portland’s Best”, while quickly resolving problems to provide excellent, repeat service.

Provided introduction for Meditation & Mindfulness classes, daily practices in between sessions, and workshops for adults. Arraigo offered a spacious, nourishing environment to strengthen compassion, peace and open-heartedness with oneself, others and the earth.

Led foundations and nonprofits in creating and actualizing strategic plans for implementing beneficial project management, staffing development and fundraising opportunities.

As the chief of staff and program administrator, I managed and oversaw the daily activities of the programs, finance, fundraising, communications and special projects departments with an eye toward meeting the Center's overarching strategic goals for students, faculty, fellows and the center's directors and advisory boards, alongside staff development, at the request of the Executive Director and Director.

Designed and managed 150+ programs and events annually with the Executive Director and 50 faculty leads serving a Title VI federal research center.

Worked closely with the Office of the President and Dean, campus-wide faculty and multiple departments to manage all aspects of high-level development projects and special events, including the Dean’s Council & Visiting Committee annual meetings, endowed lectures and public forums.

Developed and implemented citywide educational and volunteer programs for area schools.
