Jeanne brings over 17 years management experience and knowledge of Infogroup to the position of Senior RFP Specialist. In her current role she merges attention to detail with keenly honed organizational and multi-tasking capabilities to coordinate Infogroup’s response from receipt of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to completion.Jeanne coordinates with subject matter experts throughout Infogroup to get the answers the team needs. Responsible for securing UCC data for the company including contracts and payment for same. Responsible for all contracts, daily tracking and maintenance of spreadsheets, payroll, facilitating approvals and signatures on any related paperwork.

Established and documented a process for contract review, approval and signature. Created the necessary forms and matrices to facilitate this process. Created a database to house all contracts; past and present.

Created new requisition form for company wide use. Streamlined and documented process for requisition approval and creation of purchase orders. Created templates for the ease of ordering computers. Managed office supply system and cut spending company wide by $10,000 a month.

Responsible for the qualification process of home loan applicants from application to closing. Verified and calculated income, including self-employed borrowers, and analyzed all other financial aspects of qualifying each borrower.
