Prepare and maintain controlled electronic and physical documents. Makes entries into the company’s production and inventory control system (SAP) of data including but not limited to Material Masters, bills of materials and recipes for Finished Goods and Semi Finished Goods. Create or update Bill of Materials. Download, review, distribution, and maintain documentation from internal and external sources.

Collecting and maintaining documentation pertaining to weights, torques, and the overall aesthetics of a product. Inspecting the finished products for any aesthetic defects. Ensuring products meet cGMP and specifications set forth by the customer. Working close with customers during trial runs and when validating new products. Keeping an open line of communication with members of all departments to ensure filling and packaging lines run efficiently and correctly and that any issues that arise are caught and resolved as quickly as possible. Designing, programming, and printing case labels, identification labels, inner pack labels, and UPC’s. Receiving, inspecting, and releasing bottle labels to production orders as they are needed. Maintaining inventory of all labels to ensure accuracy. Ensuring labeling orders are pulled and ready prior to the run to prevent delays.

Accountable for packaging customer materials into proper packaging with correct quantity and quality.Inspect material before placing into the carton/shipper to ensure the quality of the product.Assist the Line Leader with quality weight and Torque/Pressure checks as needed.Assist Line Leader with setting up future job pack paperwork.
