Auditing, Filing, copying, scanning and uploading special education records to the Esped/earchive manager database. Answer calls, take messages, route calls to appropriate staff and/or departments, distribute mail and reception duty. Proper telephone etiquette. Process and transmit requests for special education records from other schools districts and agencies using T-Rex. Reserve rooms for various trainings for the different special education programs. Enter dates for training into the ERO (Electronic Registration Online) database. Maintain confidentiality of information.
