I've been in the Aerospace industry for 15 years supporting various projects within satellite systems, ground networks, operations, contracts/proposals, export compliance, and aerospace insurance. I specialize in project management of systems engineering and operations; with a focus on managing subsystem engineering & satellite operations training. I love interpreting technical engineering capabilities to teach our customers how to safely and effectively operate their products. Traveling the globe to work on-site with our customers has been my greatest achievement throughout my career. In addition, I have an extensive background in aerospace export compliance. I also enjoy supporting space insurance activities, providing risk assessments for our customers, brokers, and underwriters throughout the insurance community. I love space and have supported over a dozen satellite launches within mission control center as a spacecraft engineer (command operator).I currently support as the Customer Training Manager and active Bus/Platform Lead within the Customer Operations Support Center (COSC) across the entire Boeing satellite fleet. The COSC organization provides technical engineering and operations troubleshooting support for the on-orbit fleet of Boeing satellites across our various customer groups.
