DRC was acquired by Engility, and my position was eliminated in Sept 2014. • Working remotely, managed the cradle-to-grave proposal lifecycle for development of large and small proposals and task order responses with geographically dispersed teams, which included coordinating with large and small business team members. • Developed compliance matrices and outlines based on RFP requirements, pre-populating outlines with appropriate boilerplate where possible before providing to SME authors, and prepared and/or wrote non-technical sections of proposal (e.g., past performance, resumes). • Conducted compliance checks, inserted missing information and worked with authors to address areas of non-compliance.• Established and enforced priorities and deadlines for production requirements. • Collaborated with SMEs to design effective graphics, assisted Project Managers with developing oral presentations, and created proposal cover art and CD labels. • Maintained proposal, resume, and past performance databases in SharePoint.
