I feel you can't have too much knowledge, experience and education is a lifelong commitment. I have been involved with managing investment properties for over 30 years. My first hand experience with tenants, lenders, inspectors and insurance agents gives me a wealth of hands on knowledge that is invaluble. In addition, I have first hand experience with designing remodeling projects. Previously, I was co-owner in a home improvement business for 25-years and previously a licenced realtor. I currently focus my attention full time on my rentals.
