I drove sales and provided excellent customer service for wine and other products offered. I demonstrated proper service of wine, including decanting. I not only succeeded in upselling and adding additional products, but also used suggestive selling techniques and maintained merchandising of wine products. I also promoted group sales, tastings, parties and repeat sales at the winery. I was responsible for opening and closing the winery retail and tasting rooms. Along with inventory control, submitted several promotion and marketing suggestions to assist with the general winery operations and employee morale.

As a TMAG/TIME member at Whole Foods Market, I took responsibility for escalations, leadership events for fundraising, and special projects.
