Corporate Planning & Performance (Main Roads) Develop the strategic intelligence capability within Main Roads, which forms part of the strategic performance planning cycle. Foster general interest in matters relating to the Department to encourage closer cooperation between stakeholders and staff.  Provide strategic performance planning activities within the Department and represent the Department at forums. Develop overall strategic performance planning strategy and establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their continued ability to achieve Department objectives.  Provide high level advice on strategic planning, risk management and continuous quality improvement. Improve systems, processes, and policies to support reporting, information flow, department processes and organisational planning.
