Jeanne Tanzy Williams and Victoria Winslow united and formed their company '4 Sweat Equity Films' in October, 2007. The company has several original screen plays ranging from the true life story of the 'man behind the boy bands', Louis J. Pearlman, working title, 'the BoyS Band Factory', two love stories, 'Reality of You' and 'Magic', and a supernatural, (based on a true story), is also in the works!

I have been a personal manager for many years having represented actors and several musical groups to include organizing and managing the 'Backstreet Boys', 'Take 5' and discovering artist Colby O'Donis. I have been in the entertainment industry for over 40 years, as I grew up as a child actress, having worked on Broadway and in films, television, radio, concerts and opera.Aside from my company, 4 Sweat Equity Films, I am still involved in artist representation and have a small handful of clients, some of which I have manged for many years. Although I am currently not taking on any new clients, I am always interested in meeting new talent for future projects. I enjoy interacting with individuals from all walks of life!

In 1993 I was hired by Louis J.Pearlman to hire and form a 5 member group of boys in the image of The New Kids On The Block. This group of boys became known to the world as the Backstreet Boys. In 1997 I was again hired and asked to organize another boy group, Take 5 who's success was primarily in Asia and in Europe.Prior to my involvement with the 'boy bands', I have been involved in the entertainment industry since 1961 having worked on Broadway and in film, television, radio as an actress, singer dancer. My Broadway credits include the original company's of "Gypsy", (Ethel Merman), "Once For The Asking", "Anyone Can Whistle", "Bajour", and the 1967 revival of "Annie Get Your Gun", (again with Ethel Merman). I sang in concert with Judy Garland at the Felt Forum, Christmas week 1967, which, till this day is one of my fondest memories as a child performer.Over the past two decades I have shifted from performing to actively working in management, production, and most recently screen play writing.

Toured the United States as leader and lead singer for The High Street Kensington Show Band and later reformed the group into the Jeanne Tanzy Band and worked locally in the Orlando, Florida area and in neighboring southern states including Georgia and South Carolina.Clubs worked include the Brown Derby, The Hilton at Hilton Head Island, Hilton on International Drive, Sheraton Hotels, Flaming Sally's, Ramada and Holiday Inns, and was the house band for two years at Townsend's Fish House, (Orlando, Fla.)
