I took this additional role because I believe that all companies have a responsibility to make sure they contribute to the communities they operate in, and a responsibility to practice employee development, safe and legal operations, and to leave a positive environmental footprint behind. As part of the board to sustain the corporate responsibility of Aker Solutions, I partook in the development of the Corporate Materiality Assessments and contributed with local examples to the annual Corporate Responsibility Report.However, my biggest contribution was to encourage transparency, for example by making an overview over shared resources between the company and the government in crisis situations, and highlighting and sharing student papers across business areas and locations.

I consulted on and revised NIPs employment manuals and social responsibility laws; designed an electronic recruitment database to improve accessibility and professionalism; created a social club to strengthen networking abilities across companies; and planned and organized promotion events.

I was employed at Hunter Advisors, an executive headhunting company, specializing in distressed hedge funds, to create visual representations of top tier financial institution's reporting structure and their hierarchies and team/department compositions.
