NCREIF is a not-for-profit trade association that serves its membership, the academic and investment community's need for improved commercial real estate data, performance measurement, investment analysis, information standards, education, and peer group interaction. As NCREIF's Product and Fund Data Manager, my responsibilities include overseeing data integrity of the NCREIF Database as well as production of the NCREIF Property Index (NPI), NCREIF -Open End Diversified Core Equity (ODCE) Index, NCREIF - Open End Equity (OE) Index, NCREIF -Farmland Property Index, NCREIF - Timberland Property Index and NCREIF - Timberland Fund and Separate Account (TFSAI) Index.Other responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of new fund product developments, including NCREIF's newest Index, the NCREIF - Closed-End Value Add (CEVA) Index.

As a senior consultant, dedicated to full life cycle IT development, database requirement definitions, and web development, I have performed multiple consulting roles during my career including testing analyst, programmer analyst, and business analyst. Managed an IBM System 36 to OS/400 Conversion. Identified and resolved critical errors of newly developed software in the primary test region before migrating on-line and batch programs to the live production region. Planned and executed all phases of project management, including design, coding, testing, and implementation. Converted existing OCL’s to CL’s, created subfile maintenance programs, and created data base conversion programs. Coordinated user training as well.Responsible for the support and maintenance of their Legacy AS/400 Inventory Management System; participated in Sarbanes-Oxley Audit of the Legacy System; served as the coordinator of the AS/400 AutoFax application, Faxcom; served as EDI Coordinator, monitoring incoming and outgoing transactions.

Involved in an intensive 6 month training program for IBM’s midrange, AS/400. The training focused on many aspects of the AS/400 environment including system management, relational database design, coding in several languages and learning several AS/400 utilities. Skills involved include RPG, CL and creation of display files, printer files, physical files and logical files. As a member of the ERP Implementation Team, constructed RPG Trigger programs to help maintain data integrity for their Lab Inspection Quality Control programs (LIQC) Created a Lot Result Conversion program which converted historical product/lot COA test results in an old hub system to the new Movex LIQC Database.
