Jeannie Bluemel is a computer and technology professional currently serving the Healthcare Industry.Hi, I am a lifelong computer user, and have put in waaayyyyy more than 10,000 hours. Tech exploration and support is second-nature to me (i can do it in the bathtub with my eyes closed), which is THE foundational layer I bring to the Medical Device industry.I am able to train Clients and Colleagues. My history of computer experience gives me the acute discernment of analysing cause and effect. I am good at assisting with any new application in the field translating bugs and wishful changes back to the developers for optimum efficiency. And who doesn't want clearer comm between the desk and the field?!?Each aspect of upgrading and updating or installation of devices, their hardware and/or software naturally creates the opportunity for any vendor to clarify actual inventory in the field. It is very easy for "home base" to lose track of assets, and our projects involve Upgrades plus accurate reporting resulting in a more accurate look at asset location, which makes an asset owner very happy.I travel nationwide to healthcare facilities and fulfillment centers to perform this work. AND I LOVE IT!Currently, I am part of a MedTech team implementing a dynamic tagging system to support Orthopadeic surgeries within regional territories. Because assets are shared among facilities, this cuts down "old-time" inventory hours significantly. In the last 2 years, I have been trained on the following technology (devices): BD Pyxis, Fresenius NxtStage CRRRT, Alaris, Medtronic Capnostream 35, JNJ DePuy Synthes Trauma Trays. I have travelled to 27 states and DC. I totally dig this new evolution of my career.I am available for interviews and speaking engagements (subj: women in technology, or educating your listener on how to secure their own devices).
