Helping individuals create the life they want to live by utilizing techniques from hypnotherapy, life coaching, and teaching various classes to develop a positive relationship with the client’s mind and thought processes.

My goal is to help clients create the life they want to live by providing the tools and techniques to fit where they are at now and be able to use again as their life changes. I have over 30 years of experience working with people in a business environment with diverse cultures and the last 16 years working with individuals on wellness, self-development, spiritual development, and mindful thinking using hypnotherapy and life-coaching techniques. I am excited to add in the tools I’ve learned studying to be a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.I started with Life Practice Counseling Group as an intern at the end of 2019 while I finished my Mental Health Counseling Degree at the end of 2020. Once I finished school, I continued in a volunteer capacity until I was able to get my approval from BBS to become an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. Since that time I have been working with Life Practice Counseling Group to obtain my hours for liscensure.
