Ahead of its time, Foundation Systems was a national IT and professional staffing firm that embraced the MSP/VMS staffing model and understood that lowering the cost of delivery was paramount to profitability. As founder and sole owner of Foundation Systems, I launched a wholly-owned recruiting operations subsidiary from scratch in Bangalore, India and grew it to 45 people working over 3 shifts. In May 2009, I sold Foundation Systems to a multinational information technology services company. Foundation realized over 900% revenue growth in its last 5 years which helped it secure a spot on the Inc. 500 list. We produced 2 times the staffing volume of traditional firms at 1/3 the cost.
