We, people and institutions, share a set of existentialist responsibilities to sustain ourselves as a natural species in a natural ecosystem. Integral health is one of such responsibilities. I coined this understanding and commitment as a Sustainocracy, a collaborative, real time democracy, in which we all work together on our existential needs, not as speculative commercial commodities but as shared responsibilities and alliance with nature.My role became to bringing together all the local silos (citizens, government, business, science and education) to develop healthy, self sustaining cities and regions. Doing this as STIR foundation assures that all join the co-creation commitment on the basis of equality instead of hierarchical impositions or interests of trade. A new level of interaction appears, referred to as the Transformation Economy that feeds the one of sustainable growth, or level 4 regional development. It defines a powerful local identity and authenticity, attractive for people and new age 4 x WIN enterprises to develop themselves in. Our first local (region of Eindhoven, Netherlands) priority in 2009 became regional health and air quality (called AiREAS) which we address in relation to climate change, pollution, resilience, poverty, social inclusion, circular economy, food, energy, mobility, etc. Other operational examples:* STIR learning community. * FRE2SH, for local regenerative food resilience with local indoor and outdoor ecosystems* COS3I for social innovation, inclusion and participation in our shared, existentialist values.* 4 x WIN entrepreneurship of the 21st centuryMy findings are documented, presented during scientific encounters and published through different channels.
