- Providing support to a Senior Vice President, along with two addition Vice Presidents. - Analyzing and managing daily workflows for the administrative staff within the department. - Training of new employees within the department; training of new employees in other departments on expectations in relation to specific job function and the Leasing department.- Managing multiple calendars for executives, both departmentally and office-wide.- Preparing confidential and time-sensitive documents for executive meetings.- Completing expense reports and maintaining the related internal audit compliance.- Managing company rolodex.- Managing travel for senior executives, within the United States and Canada.- Participating in pilot teams for the creation and implementation of new software and processes.
