Founder and design lead of Don't Be Jealous Studio (formerly Studio DBJ), a design studio emphasizing a collaborative relationship in the design industry, amongst clients, creative professionals, and emerging designers. Don't Be Jealous Studio also, is a company focused on mentoring the design community by offering pro-bono services and guidance to individuals and cause-based organizations.Work on projects ranging in budget ($1,150 to $60,000), timeframe and scale (1-month to 9-months); and in reach between North America, Asia, and Europe. NOTABLE CLIENTS: ACLU of Southern California, Brooklyn Community Bail Fund, Correctional Association of New York, Chicago Beyond, Harper Collins: Epic Reads, Super Deluxe and YouTube Clientele (combined 4 million+ subscribers reach).

Produced 3 consecutive Portfolio Review events for the Los Angeles graphic design community; a networking and professional development event with 200+ participants including renowned designers such as Stephan Bucher and April Greiman. Coordinated sponsorship teams, day-of-production, presentation art direction and continued development.

Chaired and supported the AIGA LA Education Team to produce the annual Portfolio Day event for an approximate total of 120 guests (both Reviewees and Reviewers)Responsibilities include: Coordinating with the Executive team and Social Media team to relay information to participants, Ideating value point of the event experience, art direction for event collateral, and organizing day-of reviewer-to-reviewee pairing and MC-ing the event.

Independently working directly with digital influencers, independent brands, and entrepreneurs to hone-in and refine the brand experience for their immediate audience/consumer-base.

DESIGN AND TEAM COLLABORATIONDesigned and managed a variety of projects ranging from branding collaterals to environmental design. Projects ranged in budgets and scale ($1,500 - $200,000). Collaborate with principal, senior designer and external talent team members in various projects in both the print and digital space. Designed and executed production for print projects, through a branding and experiential design framework. STUDIO AND PRODUCTION MANAGEMENTManage studio in technical, inventory and accounting aspects. On-board and assist talent, freelancers and studio interns to studio culture. Assist on production needs of projects, internally and externally of studio. Troubleshoot unforeseen technical and production program errors.NOTABLE WORK FOR: Conrad Prebys Performing Arts Center, Natural History Museum of Los Angeles, LACMA, The Broad Foundation, Hammer Museum and Bolthouse Farms, Inc.

Assisted the Marine Biodiversity center by managing student-staff, completing curation projects and designing lab print collaterals.Notable project: BioSCAN, assisted the MBC and entomology department on a large-scale insect biodiversity survey conducted in the Los Angeles Basin.

Assisted the creative team with concept development for an interactive design installation and participated in client meetings and design workshops with Matthew Manos. The graphic design work heavily focused on work for pro-bono clients.Notable Project: 826LA Annual Book Report

Assisted the Art Department with various editorial works focused in social media, typography and art-direction research. Worked closely with the art directors to develop the in-house editorial advertisement run and the Playmate brand-logo.
