HR Manager - Generalist - RecruiterDevelop, review, and update HR and administrative policies, processes, and guidelines to ensure that they are in line with the company's strategic goals, statutory requirements, and industry best practices. Databases, tools, trackers, and system and process documentation are all updated in real-time. Advise management on how to resolve employee relations difficulties; investigate non-conformance issues; and impose disciplinary actions by company policies. Ensure that all legal and regulatory paperwork is filed and that rules and regulations are followed. Produce and submit generic HR activity reports to the management team.
