I have been involved with Financial Services Industry clients since I joined Deloitte Canada in 2014, servicing the largest bank in Quebec and, more recently, independent asset management firm. I did a 31 months secondement in Japan where I joined the engagement team of a Global Systemically Important Banks (G-SIB) as well as local branches of G-SIBs. I have experience in IFRS and US GAAP as well as ISA and PCAOB audits. I have more recently joined the Accounting and Reporting Advisory practice helping clients with complex accounting transactions, with a focus on financial instruments, expected credit loss, and hedge accounting.
