Review, enforcement and approval of subdivision control laws, ANR plans, commercial development, design and construction within the town of Brimfield. Researched and developed proposed changes in the zoning bylaws for future growth.

After several years of overseeing restoration and renovation of homes, my attention turned to helping others in locating, financing and understanding the process of purchasing property.
