- Report to the CEO and Director regarding the status of the smooth operation of project, management report and organizational planning- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in Company's mission- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, Finanace, Marketing), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.- Play a significant role in short ­term and long­ term planning and a strategy as a member of the management team- Oversee over all financial management, planning, systems and controls- Budget planning and implementation with Executive Director- Payroll management and employee benefits- Supervise and coach office staffs- Assist and advise marketing team regarding marketing strategies, implementation andexecution of targeted plan and achieve the targeted goals- Ensuring smooth relation with clients

Report to the CEO every week regarding the status of the software i.e. quality assurance ofdata, status of the software launch, improvisation if require in any portals of the software, clients issues and solution to resolve, planning and implementation of targeted work and updates on improvement of work and team.● Management and collection of data from external systems● Sampling external data for consistency, quality and accuracy and Data validation● Data quality and integrity, monitoring of Quality assurance Manager and train data tagging operator’s team ● Recruit suitable candidates for the organization and ensure that employee’s welfare and relations are safe ● Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions and performance management, disciplinary procedures etc. ● Planning and implementing training sessions. ● To keep the track of the division effectiveness by taking active role in operations, administrative functions.
