Provide contractor support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Central Property Office. Execute the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), database of record, in receiving, transferring, disposition, and other actions, for MDA assets. Perform physical inventory of MDA assets at contractor and other CONUS facilities and input inventory record for each. (Over 100,000 property records have been recorded into DPAS.) Review MDA contracting and other databases in researching source documents to support records of property accountability. Generate, interpret, and analyze 36 reports from the DPAS database each week for management review.

Provided contractor support to NASA. Supported the Ares 1 space vehicle Project Office in the area of launch ground systems and operations, design integration and acquisition logistics. Provided support to major milestone design requirements and reviews for the Ares 1 vehicle using knowledge of acquisition requirements and life-cycle management. Supported life-cycle milestone design reviews.

Provided contractor support to GMD/MDA Joint Program Office, Logistics/Deployment Division. Lead Analyst for the Human Systems Integration/MANPRINT program for the SBX radar vessel. Reviewed and evaluated all seven domains of MANPRINT and recommended and initiated safety corrective actions, ergonomic performance, technical alternatives, and program enhancements while vessel under renovation. Saved the Government thousands of dollars by persuading CECOM to loan GMD two satellite radios for installation on the SBX radar vessel (versus MDA purchasing).

Provided contractor support to AMCOM, SAM-D (Foreign Military Sales). Utilizing Security Assistance policies and regulations, administered financial management support for FMS cases. Tracked and reported all expenditures via the AMCOM financial database SOMARDS, for 12 different contracts for three countries. Implemented FMS procedures and precedents and used knowledge of cost, schedule, and economic factors to analyze budget impacts.
