I support field sales as a back up as well as identifying and pursuing opportunities through good relations and available system tools (such as SAP, MS Office, Forecast interface tool, some SFDC, etc). I provide a single point of contact for the customer, marketing, managers/engineers, finance, customer service, and field sales for product sales, among others. Duties include price quotations and contracts negotiations, escalating issues for customer service, follow-ups, forecast reconciliation, reconciliation of discrepancies between customer score cards and ADI internal measurements. I proactively manage primarily automotive customer’s demand stream during the project design phase until SOP. This includes understanding new product ramps, transitions and end of life scenarios. Direct interfaces with the customer, their manufacturing partners and ADI support teams (Sales, Planning, Manufacturing and Product Lines) is needed to communicate requirements and expectations.
