I build and manage social impact and philanthropy for artists. This involves campaigns and partnerships with companies, national and community nonprofits, policy makers, and funders.. Collaborating with philanthropist, musician and activist Jack Antonoff (Bleachers, FUN.) to design, build and lead a foundation focused on ending LGBTQ discrimination. I leverage corporate relationships with grassroots engagement to generate awareness, make grants. We’ve engaged 500,000+ fans, raised US$2,000,000+ and granted to 50 partners.I collaborate with influencers, corporate and nonprofit partners, a board of directors and staff to create strategy, produce multiple annual events, rally civic engagement, advocate for policy change, and make and evaluate grants. In the last 12 months, we’ve supported national tours, produced multiple events and digital campaigns. Recent work includes: an online campaign (with Janet Mock) which drew 40,000 signatures; supporting an event at the United Nations; fan engagement on the last Troye Sivan Tour; and multiple events with talent, including, Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey, Lorde, The National, Regina Spektor, Lena Dunham and Carley Rae Jepsen to support LGBTQ youths experiencing homelessness, in partnership with companies, organizations, entertainers, and policy experts.

In collaboration with The Boston Foundation, the Boston Mayor’s Office, and a collective of Boston-area music industry veterans, raising funds for and developing an after-school youth arts program in Greater Boston.

Collaborated with nationally recognized musician to establish and lead a grant making organization which empowers musicians and fans to take action through global philanthropy and volunteer opportunities. Engaged musicians and fans to work 15,000 hours; raised over $950,000; and granted $500,000.Supported organizations in Sudan, Afghanistan and the United States.

Co founded a successful merchandising and apparel company - grew to over 1000 customers and 3 divisions through creating new products and identifying new customer markets, including Harvard University, Cat Power, Dispatch, the NFL, Nantucket Nectars and the City of Manchester. Planned and implemented company strategy, including: branding, marketing, business development, accounting, human resources, legal, licensing, sales, customer service, product and web design, product sourcing, manufacturing, and event management

Established and led the Dispatch Foundation to provide relief to and awareness of grassroots organizations working to improve Zimbabwe.
