Reporting directly to the Managing Director, managing the finances of the Canadian subsidiary of BASF Plant Science. Developing the commercialization of the biotech services, participating to seminars and setting up the first commercial agreements/profitable projects for the unit. Responsible for all administrative areas, regular accounting, for project accounting, taxes, intellectual property protection and human resources. A team of two employees was supporting my work.

Reporting directly to the President, managing a financial team of 8 employees. Responsible for all administrative areas, regular accounting, controlling and taxes for the Paris, Montréal, Toronto et Wichita sites. Responsible for the Montreal office.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director; managing a financial team of 4 managers with 3 direct reports, a team of two professional commodity buyers and a IT team made out of 4 project leaders. Managing a procurement raw materials budget of more than £77 million. Responsible for all administrative areas, accounting, controlling, budgeting and taxes.

Reporting directly to the President, managing a financial team of 3 managers with 7 direct reports on two different sites, one in Québec and the other one in Vermont (USA). Responsible for all administrative areas, accounting, budgets and taxes.
