• Monitoring arrivals of the shipment and processing cargo transfer from both Dnata and EK terminal to warehouse.• Close monitoring on Perishable shipments and arrange delivery after Clearances. • Sending Arrival notice to the customers and releasing the Delivery Order to them within 12 hrs from the time of arrival.• Managing Job opening, arranging documents collection for clearance and arrange deliveries within 24hrs for the cargo routed through other consolidators.• Close monitor KPIs compliance of each and every customer and avoid KPI failures• Maintain daily tracker in ERP on number of incoming shipment into the warehouse.• Managing tracker history for the global customers to meet future audit requirements and to be a point of contact from import department.• Submission of cost incurred for all incoming shipments on daily basis in internal workflow ERP system.• Handled brokerage shipments and Project logistics (Break bulk)

Air import / Air Export• Familiar with INCOTERMS and arranging shipment accordingly• Receiving Pre- Alert, and following-up with flight Arrival• Booking Dock for cargo release and issuing DO• Checking with other Fright forwarders for DA readiness and storage charges• Arranging transport for Temperature control shipment as per the AWB handling specification• Analyzing cargo dimension and arranging Trucks for transporting Project logistics• Booking custom inspection in Dubai trade as per documents D/A’s• Close monitoring subordinate and driver reporting• Assigning & allocating duties to drivers• Achieving company KPI goals• Good contact with vendors for better rates• Quotation obtaining from the vendor for Project logistics• Handled customer responsibility service for the key customer• Invoicing and Dispatch to the customer• Checking the Documents dimension and Weight while collection• Checking Stamps and originals along with Exit certificate for Custom submission during Air Export• Arranging transport for Fair and Events ( Import and export) temporary shipments Sea import / Sea Export• Receiving Pre- alert from Customer and Requesting for BL Exchange with the shipping line• Follow up with shipping line for DO releasing and communicating with the customer• Tracking vessel/ container discharge • Requesting for acceptance letter with the Shipping line• Creating Tokens in Dubai trade for Inbound and Outbound container• Good knowledge in Container Types (standard container / Open top / HC container / flat Rack etc)• Arranging container for Export as per the request and Release from shipment line3PL Warehouse• Checking with Client’s GDs for the mode of transport(couriers, Air, Sea& Road) & vendors prefers• Arranging Couriers for Documents and shipments• Preparing Documents requirement for Cross border such as MAKSA + COO + Saber etc• Achieving Month End Closing and Preparing Presentation to the Client
