Current• Carried out scheduled maintenance as per set standards (includes manufacturer’s recommendation, ISO certification requirements, safety standards, Civil Aviation Authority requirements) on the various equipment/vehicles and plants to ensure reliable/optimum utilization of the same.• To Diagnosis & repair all types of faults/defects (Mechanical, electrical/electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC ) effectively on equipment/vehicles (LSP Hoist, Conveyors, T-Car, R/A Deck , Transfer Vehicle, Stacker Crane) and plant under breakdown ensuring that down time is minimized.• Troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical/HVAC problems of equipments.• Maintain & ensure that all the equipments & buildings of facilities are working efficiently.• Find root cause analysis of various faults/defects and repair them effectively on equipment/vehicles and plants under breakdown ensuring that down time is minimized. • Procurement of equipment spare parts.• Monitoring & controlling activities, ensuring SLA’s & KPI’s are strictly imposed as per established contracts.• During scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance of equipment/vehicles and plant, identify any potential or existing faults/failures and highlight same to Maintenance Manager to initiate corrective action. • Undertaking regular client meetings and team meetings.• Continuously suggest and implement modifications on the equipment/vehicle based on the required approvals from manufacturer & higher authorities to reduce maintenance costs and improve performance & safety of the same. • Ensure standard safety procedures are followed by the team of technicians.• Ensure that all work-related activities carried out during the shift are recorded in the log book/work order to help planning staff log the details of work done in the Maintenance Management System. • Managing technical services contractors, when their services are required.• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training to team leaders and technicians.
