• To Diagnosis & repair all types of faults/defects (Mechanical, electrical/electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC ) effectively on equipment/vehicles (LSP Hoist, Conveyors, T-Car, R/A Deck, Transfer Vehicle, Stacker.
• Troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical/HVAC problems of equipments.
• Maintain & ensure that all the equipments & buildings of facilities are working efficiently.
• Find root cause analysis of various faults/defects and repair them effectively on equipment/vehicles and plants under breakdown ensuring that down time is minimized.
• Procurement of equipment spare parts.

• In charge of 3 Ready Mix Batching Plants-Liebherr Betomix 3.0R & 2.0R, Nutec GPE Plant, KTI Chiller Plant, KTI Ice Plant, Water Plant (R.O.), Recycling plant.
• Carrying out Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance (emergency situations) of above plants.
• Managing Electricians, Mechanic, Welder, Helpers with their work.
• Making Material Requisition, Goods Received Note, Work Order, Material Issue, Employee Self Service etc in ERP Software.
• Keeping Electrical Load of transformer within safe limit & making changeover to generator when required.
• Looking after Capacitor bank (220 KVAR) to maintain close to Unity Power Factor.
