Coordinated with US team members based off the LifeSciences Niche and worked in collaboration with them to perform audit procedures and bring the audit engagements to completion. Worked on multiple engagements simultaneously and even on ad-hoc basis. Also worked on S1 engagements, comfort letter engagements etc.

Coordinated with US teams at a primary portfolio staff level. Performed end-to-end procedures for significant accounts in accordance with the Auditing Standards. Followed an Area-Based approach versus Task-Based approach. Took complete ownership of audit procedures for areas assigned, ensuring these were performed end-to-end and delivered with minimal open items within deadlines and milestones set. Collaborated with client personnel for Quarters, Interim and Year-End procedures and set expectations/timelines for receiving audit evidences. Analyzed audit related issues - Documented the root causes and reported the same to the Engagement Leadership in the US team. Identified solutions/approaches to take to mitigate the issues and even held & led client inquiries to resolve issues. Mentored new associates in performing audit procedures and obtaining an overview of the client as well as the industry. Performed first level review and provided feedbacks to them. Took a market wide session on "How to Handle Area Based work" and discussed in detail the steps to follow while communicating with US team and how to interact with clients while enquiring and confirming the understanding of the processes. Delivered highest quality on every task & area assigned and received outstanding feedback, both from GDS and the US teams.

Project – Analysis of Marketing SpendsTook ownership of analyzing marketing expenditure across different periods. Developed Excel database to consolidate various expenditures under different brands and created Trend Analysis dashboard on marketing spends. Analyzed and proposed solutions for optimizing spends to improve revenue generation. Presented findings to the leadership.
