Soy un ingeniero mecatrónico con experiencia en el campo de la calidad y la mejora continua en la industria automotriz. Me gradué de la Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez y realicé un intercambio académico en INSA Strasbourg, donde amplié mis conocimientos en electrónica, robótica y mecatrónica.Mi último puesto fue como coordinador de mejora continua en Nexteer Automotive, donde lideré proyectos de ahorro en los gastos de manufactura, capacitación y certificación de los empleados en las metodologías internas, y solución de problemas de nivel 4. Anteriormente, trabajé como ingeniero de calidad para clientes en Hanon Systems y como coordinador de servicio al cliente y problem solving en MAHLE COMPRESORES, atendiendo a clientes como GM, FORD, FCA, AUDI, KIA, entre otros. En estos roles, me encargué de asegurar los requerimientos de calidad, liderar auditorías, implementar procesos QRQC, y apoyar al equipo multifuncional. Mi objetivo es seguir aportando valor a las organizaciones mediante mi capacidad de análisis, innovación y colaboración.
