Process Engineer
CurrentGathering Business Requirements from Stakeholders, Analysing AS-IS Process Models to identify gaps on current process models and propose changes. Design AS-IS(current) and TO-BE(proposed) Process Models on ARIS platform, Extracting reports on ARIS tool to showcase the designs of the process flows and to check against errors in the process flows before handing process flows to Quality Assurance.• Analyses Processes, document the procedure document and process maps control.• Review and update the work procedures in accordance to a new system.• Documenting new system keying in procedure for a new banking system.• Assembles reports to document process status and changes.• Provides statistical information for quality improvement by identifying testing methods and samples.• Worked closely with the stakeholders to deliver outstanding performance with regard to the timeframes and quality.
