I am the Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities Include: • Report directly to the Board of Directors, oversees an accounting staff in Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati, Toledo, Lexington, KY, Nashville, TN, and Hendersonville AL.• Management of projects such as cash forecasting, budget analysis for reduction of overhead, research and implementation of new accounting, project management and estimating software. • Prepare and analyze financial data for monthly, quarterly and year end managerial meetings with owners. • Prepare for and oversee year-end audits.• Profit and loss statements, internal and external financial reports including work in progress (WIP)Managerial oversight including but not limited to:• General ledger review, contract administration, accounts payable & receivable, AIA invoicing, collections, banking. • Weekly payroll reporting for 1,000+ employees and subcontractors including certified payrolls.• Review and implement job budgets, purchase orders, change orders and inventory transfers.• Notice of Commencements and Notice of Furnishings.• Contracts, insurance and Workers Compensation for subcontractors.
