Coordinate Transport logistics for PNG LNG PROJECT Infrastructure materials.• Coordinate daily field logistics transport function at Northern Logistics Base (NLB) for PNG LNG Project infrastructure cargo, relates to project materials arrival, departure ,unloading, tracking of trucks loaded with project cargo on convoy to project site in Hides/Juni/Moro .• Coordinate the transportation of PNG LNG Project cargoes departing from Northern Logistics Base on convoy up on highway is safely delivered at project site in a timely manner .• Ensure PNG LNG Project cargoes arrival at main wharf is transported up to Northern Logistics Base 11 mile .• Ensure PNG LNG Project infrastructure materials are checked and loaded according to specific task requirement .• Understanding and knowledge of Cargo and Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) and Dangerous goods Material Data Sheet (MSDS).• Familiarity with management of cargo and material handling equipment .• Prepare documents of cargo dispatched to respective project sites .• Monitor TWL NLG dedicated fleet on convoy up to Hides/Juni/Moro .• Administration of logistics transport operation .• Analysis of daily fleet usage report .• Maintain accurate records of daily operation activities including, daily fuel usage, truck log books, highway drivers and operation staff time sheet for every pay period ending .• Ensure safety system of work are applied that the highest standard of HSSE are maintained to Exxon Mobil – PNG LNG Project safety plan .• Initiate and participate in all relevant operation meeting and follow up and monitor progress on actions agreed .• Deal with relevant personnel issues such as recruitment, training , discipline of staff.• Maintain JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS (JSA) in daily operation .• Identify problem areas and offer solution to improve operation .• Visit clients to discuss operational issues and requirements .• Other duties consistent with the skill, competence and training of the employees .

- Plans schedules, directs,coordinate and monitor the activities of logistics work team at the mill site.-Ensure orderly transfer of finished product to warehouse.-Ensure direct supply of flour to customer is completed in a timely manner.-Ensure sufficient materials are available to reduce down time .-Work cooperatively with dispatch supervisor to ensure that materials are kept up to production requirement.-Ensure finished product orders are loaded correctly and dispatched in a timely manner .-Ensure logistics work team members have the capability,equipment and motivation to undertake their work safely and productively.-Implement and maintain the company's safety program.-Ensure materials and equipment are used safely and correctly.-Plan daily work schedules , explain and implement with work teams and colleagues.-Monitor and check on work schedules ensuring work is completed on time.-Supervise logistics staff on site as to attire and use of equipment and working to instructions .-Ensure problems with equipment, safety and quality are quickly resolved or reported.-Report issues or concerns about outcomes , improvements,working conditions,use of equipment,system and processes,health and safety to logistics management.-Liaise closely with Logistics Manager on all areas of responsibility .-Direct,coach , support and delegate to develop the skills of work group members .-Ensure logistics team's meet their KPI's and targets within acceptable time frame .-Understanding requirements of other divisions that rely on logistical support .-Liaise with divisional supervisors on daily matters along with other support personnel.-Induct new staff with on job training and skills development .
