Owning a small business can be rewarding but also overwhelming at times. I enjoy enabling owners to focus time and energy on the things that will help their businesses grow. I’ve always had a passion for helping people with financial matters. I’ve had the opportunity and privilege to do this as a banker, as a financial coach, as a CPA, and as an investment advisor. It brings me joy to give others peace of mind that they are headed in the right direction. Earlier in my career I worked primarily with larger corporations. When I started my firm in 2004, I was excited about the opportunity to return to the Cullman area and work directly with small businesses and individuals, the heartbeat of America.I’ve observed over the years that while technology appears to make it easier for people to handle their own financial and accounting matters, this is often not the best choice. Just because you can doesn’t always mean you should. Time is often better spent focusing on growing your business and doing the things you are gifted at and passionate about.
